I am pleased to now offer online therapy. Online therapy is similar to face-to-face therapy, with the exception that we are not in the same room. I can see you on Skype or over the phone for an appointment. We can also have face-to-face check ins periodically if that is something that you'd like.
Online therapy is great for people who don't have a therapist in their area that focuses on their needs, or for those who don't have the time or the flexibility to travel to appointments, or for those with new babies or those who are have difficulties or are unable to leave the house for any reason. I have found that online therapy is as efficacious as in person therapy.
